My role in the Digital Content team involves delivering a wide range of content across the Barclays digital estate – from app journeys to co.uk landing pages.
My work includes delivery management, overseeing the end to end digital process. I work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop creative solutions that are fully optimised for web.
Communicating effectively through digital channels is becoming increasingly important, and this is always front of mind when designing my content.
I work closely with teams across Barclays to develop content that is simple to understand and easy to navigate, helping customers achieve important goals as quickly and easily as possible.
